We utilize an automated telephone system with a toll-free call-in number 855-687-4240 available 24-hours a day every day.

This will, normally, not be immediately connected with a person, but the caller may leave a voice message which is automatically converted to text and e-mailed to multiple members of our team.

We will try to make appropriate return calls, when requested by a customer, but to keep costs low, and therefore prices low, we generally will respond via e-mail, which is not dependent upon simultaneous availability of both parties. "Telephone tag" can be a real time-waster.
